Terms of Use
Effective August 31, 2026
These terms govern your use of the Northforged Labs website at northforged-labs.ca and related marketing pages. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not, please do not use the site.
The site
This site is a public description of Northforged Labs and the software we build. It is not an offer to sell securities, professional advice, or a contract for any product unless we sign a separate agreement with you.
Linked products and demos (including TheBackLots, Stratara, CobolGraph, FieldShare, Outlier Realty, Keystone, and Eave) may have their own terms, privacy notices, and credentials. Those terms control when you use those products.
Intellectual property
The Northforged Labs name, marks, copy, layout, and other site content are owned by us or used with permission. You may browse and share links. You may not copy the site wholesale, scrape it for training data in a way that burdens the service, or imply endorsement without written permission.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site to:
- Break, overload, or probe the service beyond ordinary browsing
- Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or other users
- Send malware, spam, or deceptive content through any channel we publish
- Misrepresent who you are when contacting us
No warranty
The site is provided “as is.” Product descriptions, demo credentials, jokes, and “collective” metrics are for communication, not guarantees of uptime, fitness, or results. We may change or take down pages at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Northforged Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from use of this marketing site. Our total liability for claims relating to the site is limited to CAD $100.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Privacy
How we handle information on this site is described in the Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of New Brunswick and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in New Brunswick have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date above will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
